Fnatic debuts new eSports grade mouse and headset

eSports teams have had a hand in gaming peripherals for several years now but after acquiring the Swedish brand, Func, team Fnatic has been working on launching their own line of gaming mice, keyboards and headsets. We previously reviewed the Fnatic Gear Flick mouse, coming away with positive impressions and now, Fnatic is fleshing out its lineup with the addition of the Clutch G1 mouse and Duel Headset.

For Fnatic Gear's first headset, they chose to collaborate with award-winning Danish audio specialist ‘ALALAL', in order to create a headset that can deliver excellent quality, whether you are at your desk playing games, or listening to music on the go.

The Duel comes in a modular, soft rubber coated design with swappable ear pads. This allows users to switch between sound-isolating leather ear pads or a softer padded variant depending on preference. Under the hood is a pair of 40mm drivers and users will get a detachable boom microphone for gaming, alongside an in-line microphone intended for use while taking calls on the go.

While the Fnatic Gear Flick was a fairly simple ambidextrous mouse, the Clutch G1 takes on a more ergonomic design for comfort along with better support for palm grip users. The body of the mouse comes with a matte, soft-touch coating while the Pixart 3310 optical sensor aims to offer efficiency and accuracy during gameplay.

The Fnatic Gear Clutch G1 and Duel TMA-2 headphones will be available to buy later this month. The mouse hits the £59.99 price point, while the headset will be a more expensive offering, sitting at £189.
