Details for PlayStation’s live-service sci-fi shooter Concord have leaked

Over the course of January we have heard an increasing amount regarding a supposed upcoming PlayStation State of Play. One of the included titles said to appear at the showcase is PlayStation Studios’ Concord – which so far has had little to nothing revealed about it. According to the leaks, the upcoming State of Play will offer a deep dive into the live service title.

As reported by notable PlayStation leaker Billbil-Kun (via Dealabs), the Firewalk Studios-developed sci-fi shooter Concord is set to make its first proper appearance at the upcoming PlayStation State of Play (which is seemingly arriving some time this week).

So far, we know next to nothing about the game, with the first and only trailer releasing back in May of last year and showcasing a futuristic ship flying through space.

According to Billbil-kin however, Concord is drawing “strong inspiration from the Marvel universe, particularly Guardians of the Galaxy” – with the insider speculating that the title might “embody a kind of [Square Enix’s] Guardians of the Galaxy-like experience in multiplayer mode.”

Even with this latest descriptor the game remains rather unknown. Hopefully we will indeed get a proper look at the game in just a few days.
