Corsair TX 750M Power Supply Review (80 Plus Gold)

Today we test a Corsair power supply from their new TX-M series comprising a semi modular design, tight voltage control and 80 Plus Gold efficiency levels. Corsair say they have placed a lot of effort into reducing coil whine and are offering a 7 year warranty with this specific range of units.

Available in 550W, 650W, 750W and 850W models, the Corsair TX-M series incorporate 100% Japanese 105c Capacitors and rifled bearing fans which offer long life and low noise characteristics. Older TX M models were Bronze certified – the new units are enhanced to Gold efficiency standards.

  4. Looks like Corsair CS or Lc power gp4 platform with better caps on the secondary side. Great wall oem such as jules said.

  5. That’s an ignorant statement. You do realize that ALL ATX PSUs (except Cooler Master’s $1000 1200W) are made in China, right?

    Not knowing the OEM and questioning the quality means you didn’t even bother to read the review. Sad.

    I do realize it, trust me, and I read the review. You’re by far better than me on that field, but I’m none of an ignorant (thanks to you..). You’ve nothing to be sad about. My comment was part humoristic (do you say it in english ?), as you can see, the only truth in it is that I don’t really love Corsair PSUs. However, I stay totally open minded.
