Today marks the final day of KitGuru's coverage of Computex 2017, but before we finish there are just a few more stories to bring you. At the Gigabyte booth we got a look at a whole range of gaming laptops, including the Aorus, Sabre and Aero families.
Starting with the P series, this is probably Gigabyte's more performance-focused range of laptops – the priority goes to having powerful hardware, including GTX 1070 graphics, instead of the slimmest and most beautiful chassis.
The Sabre 17 is a lower-end laptop, featuring GTX 1050 Ti graphics, so it is really for 1080p gaming. The big FHD IPS screen should make that enjoyable, though, and we can expect the Sabre to be priced a bit lower than its siblings.
The Aorus line is Gigabyte's flagship series of products and here we find the laptops crammed with high-end hardware. The X9, for instance, features GTX 1070 SLI graphics in a chassis measuring less than 3cm thick. Meanwhile, the X5 MD has an overclockable i7-7820HK CPU alongside a GTX 1080, but you can bet it won't come cheap.
Lastly, the Aero family is all about portability and form-factor. Gigabyte has designed the Aero 15 to use a standard 15.6″ display, but in a 14-inch form-factor, so consumers get the best of both worlds. With an i7-7700HQ plus GTX 1060 graphics, it is no slouch either.
KitGuru says: We have seen plenty of Gigabyte laptops over the years and they usually come away with awards. Of the new products shown here, which catches your eye the most?
