Bethesda's E3 conference is all done and dusted, so what surprises did the publisher have in store for us this year? We have already covered the Wolfenstein 2 announcement but that's not the only sequel on the way. Bethesda also announced The Evil Within 2 and fittingly enough, it is launching on Friday the 13th of October this year.
The Evil Within 2 has a new trailer, which you can see below. Its a spooky watch that really helps set the tone for this game. Unfortunately, this particular announcement wasn't a complete surprise as job listings and leaks essentially confirmed this game beforehand.
Shinji Mikami once again makes his return for the sequel, alongside his studio Tango Gameworks. The original game did have some issues, particularly when it came to performance, so hopefully that will all be ironed out in the sequel.
The Evil Within 2 is heading to PC, Xbox One and PS4 this year.
KitGuru Says: I only played a bit of The Evil Within but if the sequel can tighten things up in the performance department, then I may jump back in for the sequel later this year. Are any of you looking forward to The Evil Within 2?
But why, when the last game was so bad.
Hmmm… It is good, but we still can’t afford the first chapter of the game in Hungary….
It’s fake.
