On the final day of Computex 2017 Luke Hill and Leo waldock put their heads together to discuss the highlights and low points of Computex 2017.

The biggest talking point of the week was Intel X299 and Core X-Series which introduces the Core i9 name using Skylake-X technology with up to 18 cores and 36 threads. Balanced against that we have the quad core Kaby Lake-X models which also uses the same X299 platform. How, exactly can motherboard manufacturers deliver hardware that will satisfy every point along that massive spectrum?

KitGuru says: In the video we discuss whether Intel is about to deliver a stroke of genius, although we reckon we smell the panic as Intel races to react to AMD Threadripper with its paltry 16 threads and 32 cores.

    Some good points but this has to be watched in tandem with the video Linus released 3 days ago, he was ahead of the game and manages to express a frustration that is almost painful to watch. Watch Leo and Luke first and then go search out the other video for a more platform wide overview.

    On tuesday I got a great new Land Rover Range Rover from having earned $8752 this last four weeks.. Its the most-financialy rewarding I’ve had.. It sounds unbelievable but you wont forgive yourself if you don’t check it

    I love reading all the articles on kit guru, it’s a good source of information but what the hell are you guys doing with the videos. Posting on Vimeo? Also I just feel so bad/bored watching your presenters, the guy on the right can’t finish 20-30% of his sentences lol. “It’s performance per blarghh/you know”! Come on guys, are you both hung over? you look half asleep 🙁
