EVGA release DG-7 series of cases

In a bid to expand its line-up, EVGA is introducing its DG-7 series of computer chassis. This new range includes four distinct models, each boasting a variety of colour options and side windows.

While the lower-end DG-73 is only available in black, the DG-75, DG-76 and DG-77 all come with choice of black or white options. Interestingly, the white version of the DG-75 seems to be the only one without a tempered glass side panel, as the models are geared towards showing off your internals.

It would be a moot point in the case of the White DG-75, but each case supports the use of a vertical graphics mount. The special kit to do this is included within the high-end DG-77 chassis and is otherwise sold separately at a price EVGA has yet to determine. All of the cases also feature a PSU shroud to keep the system looking as clean as possible.

Each case supports up to two 2.5-inch storage drives and two 3.5-inch HDDs simultaneously or four 2.5-inch storage drives total. There is room for liquid cooling, housing radiators up to 360mm large. Of course, it wouldn’t be a modern release without RGB functionality, to which each case can be adjusted via software.

At the time of writing, these cases are available for pre-order ahead of its December 11th release date. Each case varies in price, from $90 to $160, but is currently reduced by up to $30 from its RRP for early adopters.

KitGuru Says:  EVGA is the first graphics card brand I purchased, and although I’ve obviously moved on, that same card still runs perfectly fine today.
