Early No Man's Sky buyers had their fair share of issues with the game. Many were left unhappy with the content available at launch, but over the last year, Hello Games has kept at it, with new updates every so often. This year, No Man's Sky will be getting its biggest update yet, titled ‘NEXT', which will act as a free expansion for all players.
No Man's Sky NEXT will be coming this summer for the PC, PS4 and for the first time, the Xbox One will also be added to the list. While the expansion has been announced, so far, details on what it includes are thin. We do have some screenshots though:

When No Man's Sky NEXT launches, the game will have support for the Xbox One X, meaning 4K and HDR support. Over the course of 2017, No Man's Sky had two updates, with the most recent one being titled ‘Atlas Rises', which changed some of the story content around. Hopefully once the NEXT expansion launches, No Man's Sky will be closer to being the game that many hoped for at launch.
KitGuru Says: I haven't played No Man's Sky since it first launched, but I've heard that those who chose to stick with it have been impressed with the updates. It will be interesting to see what this new expansion brings to the table, though details are thin on the ground at the moment. Do any of you still play No Man's Sky from time to time? Will you be returning for the expansion?
