The PowerColor RX Vega Nano to reappear at Computex

Back when we visited AMD to learn about Ryzen 2nd Gen, we saw something peculiar and interesting- an RX Vega Nano. Unlike Fury, Vega currently has no official ‘Nano' version from AMD, but PowerColor is taking matters into its own hands with a version of its own. Now it looks like we can expect a proper launch for it at Computex in a couple of weeks.

We've had our own images of the PowerColor RX Vega Nano since the event in March. Unfortunately, we were unable to get more information about it through official channels at the time, so details are light at the moment. However, it looks like an official launch is now in sight, so we are finally publishing our images (yes we were told we could take pictures at the time):

According to various rumours lately, both PowerColor and Sapphire are working on ‘Nano Editions' of RX Vega. We can only confirm that PowerColor has one. According to the German site Hardwareluxx, PowerColor's RX Vega Nano Edition will use the Vega 56 GPU core and will have an official launch at Computex.

The RX Vega Nano is similar to the Fury Nano in size and the cooler is also very similar. There is a black shroud, and a single fan on top for cooling. The card is powered by a 6-pin and an 8-pin PCIe connector, for I/O you'll get three DisplayPort connections and one HDMI.

We don't have any details on pricing or a release date just yet, but hopefully we'll find out more at Computex.

KitGuru Says: We've been sitting on this one for a while, but it looks like we'll finally be getting some official details on the RX Vega Nano soon.
