WIN an ASUS ROG Strix gaming laptop worth £1600! (closed)

Update 2/07/2018: This competition is now closed. Thanks to everyone who entered! The winner for this one was David Nixon, you can find the full announcement post, here

Here at KitGuru we like to give back to our readers as much as we can. That's why we have teamed up with BrightHouse to give you the chance to WIN a Strix Scar laptop worth £1600. All you need to do is answer the simple question below and you could be walking away with a brand-new gaming laptop.

The laptop we are giving away is the ASUS ROG Strix Scar (GL703VM), which we actually reviewed at the end of last year. This features a quad-core i7-7700HQ processor, Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB graphics chip, and a FHD 120Hz display – making it an excellent laptop for playing the latest AAA titles or blitzing through your favourite esports games.

To win, all you need to do is answer the following question – what does ROG stand for? Is it:

  1. Republic of Gamers
  2. Real Original Gangster
  3. Remarkable Online Generation

Answers need to be sent in an email to ‘[email protected]’ with the subject line ‘Gimme that ROG laptop!‘. If you have an email client installed on your OS, click the following link for autofill – Email KitGuru by clicking here.

In the email, please include a link to your Facebook or Twitter page so we can verify you’re a real person and not a bot. Sorry to those readers without a social media account, but we try to reduce the amount of people abusing the system and sending entries from multiple email addresses. If you do not send a Facebook or Twitter link to a live account page, your entry will be ignored.

This competition is open to residents of the UK, aged 18+. All entries must reach us by 11:59 PM (UK time) on the 1st of July 2018. Winners will be announced within 30 days of the closing date (although likely much sooner). All decisions made by KitGuru staff are final. There can only be one entry per reader.
