Code Vein will be hitting PC and consoles in September

Code Vein was revealed all the way back in May 2017, as an action RPG that would scratch the same itch as the likes of Dark Souls. Just over a year we now have a finalised release date for the anime-inspired co-op title.

Code Vein is due to release on the 27^th of September for PS4 and Xbox One, whilst PC gamers will have to wait an extra day to get their hands on the game. The release date was revealed in their fourth trailer of the game, which you can see below:

Code Vein was announced last year in May, as another take on the Dark Souls formula, but with a couple of twists here and there. The main feature being the fully-fledged co-op mode that the game has been built around.

Code Vein will have a very hard time standing out. September and October are jam-packed full of highly anticipated games. It will be going up against the new PS4 exclusive Spider-Man game and Shadow of the Tomb Raider, both due to release in mid to late September. Just a couple weeks later Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII is set to be released, as well as Battlefield V, and Red Dead Redemption 2.
