Assassin’s Creed Mirage comes to iPhone and iPad in June

Apple has been working to get AAA game studios to support iOS with ports of major titles. So far, we've seen games like Resident Evil Village, Resident Evil 4 Remake, Death Stranding and No Man's Sky releasing for iPhones and iPads. Now, Ubisoft is bringing Assassin's Creed Mirage to Apple's mobile devices.

Assassin's Creed Mirage was announced for iPhone and iPad a while back but porting a console/PC game to run on a closed system like iOS, complete with custom ARM-based chip technology, is no easy task. Fortunately, the hard work appears to be done, with Assassin's Creed Mirage set to become available through the App Store on the 6th of June, which should also be around the time that Apple's annual WWDC event takes place.

Like other AAA games on iOS, you will need an iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 15 Pro Max in order to run Assassin's Creed Mirage. On the iPad side, any iPad equipped with an M1 chip or newer will be capable of running the game.

If you don't fancy spending AAA game prices for a title you aren't confident will run well on your device, a 90-minute trial version will be available for free, so you can test it out before buying.
