Resizable BAR is a useful feature that can improve GPU performance. The catch is that enabling it is restricted to newer-gen systems. On the Nvidia side, you need at least an RTX 30 series GPU to activate it, but a new mod will enable the use of ReBar on GTX series and RTX 20 series graphics cards.
Although the ReBarUEFI utility can patch the UEFI firmware to enable this capability on a wider range of motherboards, it doesn't increase the range of GPUs that can run ReBAR. However, there's good news for those using GTX 16 and RTX 20 series GPUs. As noted by Wccftech, modders have created a new solution named NvStrapsReBar for the GeForce GTX 16 and RTX 20 series that allows you to run ReBAR on these GPUs. Unfortunately, Nvidia's GTX 10 series isn't supported.
Various configurations were tried, and the Resizable BAR support seems to be working. The complete guide to using this mod can be found on its GitHub page. However, considering the minimal gains ReBAR offers, you should at least consider whether it's worth installing the mod.
Nvidia is unlikely to develop a solution for enabling ReBAR on GTX 10/16/RTX 20 cards, so this may be the only option for those looking to activate the feature.
