Kolink unveils its budget-based Levante midi chassis

Following on from its Stronghold and Observatory cases, Kolink has introduced the Levante, once again designed with price to performance in mind. The Kolink Levante features a double tempered glass panel design, full mesh front, PSU shroud and four pre-installed RGB Fans, all for £72.95.

While aesthetic is certainly an important design of Kolink’s Levante, with its shroud helping to hide wires and black tempered glass showcasing RGB components, its priority remains firmly in crafting “near perfect air cooling” for its buyers. This is evident by its three 120mm front-facing fans, sat behind a full mesh face panel and another pre-installed fourth fan sitting at the back as an exhaust. Two more 120mm fans can fit at the top, just below 12 small mesh vents to increase airflow while keeping things relatively quiet.

The Levante is a midi case that measures in at 440 x 206.5 x 475mm, fitting up to an E-ATX motherboard and graphics cards up to 380mm. Kolink doesn’t mention the height limit for CPU air coolers, but it does provide the option for a 240mm radiator at the front or the top if the user opts for watercooling instead.

Inside the chassis, users are provided a variety of storage options including three 3.5-inch drives and two smaller 2.5-inch drives. Alongside the single USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports and audio jacks on the front-facing I/O, the Levante houses an extra button, allowing owners to use the included RGB control box on the fly. This provides over 350 different lighting modes across the four included fans, plus two more and up to two RGB lighting strips.

The Kolink Levante is already available at Overclockers UK for £72.95.

KitGuru Says: While I can’t imagine the front mesh panel dampens sound too much, it will certainly help improve the airflow and look good while doing so. Has Kolink tempted you with its brand new Levante chassis?
