Alienware 17 R5 competition winner announcement!

Earlier this month, we launched a new competition, giving our readers the chance to win a brand new Alienware 17 R5 laptop. This is quite the beast, with an 8th Gen Core i9 processor, a 1440p 120Hz display and a GTX 1080 GPU. There were many entries for this one, and today we are pleased to announce the winner!

As a refresher, the Alienware 17 R5 laptop we are giving away today comes with a Core i9-8950HK processor with six cores and twelve threads, a 17.3-inch QHD G-Sync 120Hz display with Tobii Eye Tracking, a GTX 1080 GPU, 16GB of 2666MHz DDR4 RAM, a 256GB PCIe SSD and a 1TB HDD. This was perhaps our biggest competition so far this year, but sadly there can only be one winner. Without further ado, our winner is… Jake Anderson! Jake is upgrading from an old Samsung RV415 laptop from 2012, so this is going to be quite the jump.
