Nvidia is bundling free copies of Battlefield V with RTX graphics cards

We recently learned that AMD has launched a fantastic free game bundle for RX Vega and RX 590 graphics cards. Now, Nvidia is getting its free game bundle, giving GeForce RTX buyers a free copy of Battlefield V- the first game to actually support raytracing.

Battlefield V is the first game to go live with RTX support, allowing early buyers of the RTX 2070, RTX 2080 and RTX 2080Ti to experience raytracing for themselves. Anyone that goes on to buy a new RTX graphics card between now and the 7th of January will get a free copy of Battlefield V bundled in.

Of course, it would have been nice to see this bundle at launch but better late than never. Although do keep in mind that raytracing comes with quite the performance hit, particularly at ultra graphics settings.

KitGuru Says: Now that Battlefield V has raytracing support, we just need to wait for the developers behind Shadow of the Tomb Raider to do the same. Are any of you planning to buy an RTX GPU soon? If you already own one, have you tried raytracing on Battlefield V?
