GeForce Now is getting six more games this week, but loses access to League of Legends

While last week's GeForce Now update focused heavily on the new additions of Fallout 4 and Fallout 76, this week the spotlight is shining on a trio of brand new releases, including No Rest for the Wicked, which is shaping up to be a Last Epoch style hit in the ARPG space.

No Rest for the Wicked will be available to stream via GeForce Now on day-one. The game enters Steam Early Access on the 18th of April and has garnered early praise for its impactful combat and level of detail. Other brand new releases for GFN include Kill it With Fire 2 and The Crew Motorfest. The former is a sequel to an indie hit, in which players take on the mission of destroying a spider, only for collateral damage to ensue. The Crew Motorfest on the other hand is Ubisoft's latest open-world racing game. Considering many fans of this series are now angered by the recent shutdown and removal of the original game, we think Forza Horizon might be a safer bet for your money.

The full list of titles joining GeForce Now this week includes:

  • Kill It With Fire 2 (New release on Steam, April 16)
  • The Crew Motorfest (New release on Steam, April 18)
  • No Rest for the Wicked (New release on Steam, April 18)
  • Evil West (Xbox, available on PC Game Pass)
  • Lightyear Frontier (Steam)
  • Tomb Raider I-III Remastered (Steam)

Unfortunately, there is also some bad news here. League of Legends is being updated with Valorant's anti-cheat system, Vanguard, which does not support virtual machines. As a result, League of Legends will no longer be supported on GeForce Now.

KitGuru Says: What do you think of this week's GFN update? Losing access to League of Legends is a bit of a blow, particularly in countries where PC cafe's are popular and cloud gaming is more prevalent.
