Corsair is expanding its DDR5 memory lineup with its new Vengeance DDR5 CUDIMM memory kits. These high-speed modules, designed for Intel's latest Core Ultra 200 series CPUs and Z890 motherboards, offer capacities up to 96 GB and speeds reaching 9200 MT/s.
CUDIMM, short for Clocked Unbuffered Dual In-line Memory Module, is a technology primarily used in high-performance computing. It utilises a Clock Driver IC (CKD) to enhance signal stability and synchronisation, allowing for significantly higher transfer speeds than standard UDIMM modules.
While Corsair's CUDIMMs can operate in Bypass mode for compatibility with existing DDR5 platforms, they shine when paired with Intel's latest Core Ultra 200 series CPUs and Z890 motherboards. This combination unlocks the full potential of CUDIMMs, enabling transfer speeds exceeding 9000 MT/s. The Vengeance DDR5 CUDIMM kits are available now in 48 GB and 96 GB capacities, with speeds ranging from DDR5-8400 to DDR5-9200. Intel XMP 3.0 support ensures easy setup and optimal performance with a simple BIOS setting adjustment.
Corsair has given the Vengeance DDR5 CUDIMMs a makeover with a mirrored silver finish that complements any build. The RGB variants have a light bar on top of the heatsink with ten individually addressable RGB LEDs illuminating the modules. The ARGB lighting is configurable via Corsair's iCUE software, which also acts as a command centre for real-time frequency monitoring and integrated voltage adjustments.
