Sapphire NITRO+ RX 590 and Gearbox eGPU enclosure competition winner announced

To help celebrate AMD's 50th anniversary, this month we teamed up with Sapphire to give KitGuru readers the chance to win a brand new NITRO+ RX 590 AMD50 Gold Edition graphics card and a Gearbox Thunderbolt 3 eGPU enclosure to go with it. We had many entries for this one but today, we are ready to announce the winner.

We reviewed the Sapphire Gearbox eGPU enclosure earlier this year and gave it our ‘WORTH BUYING’ award for ease of use, 500W power supply and extra cooling. We have also been impressed by the RX 590, which is more than capable for 1080p gaming and can even hold its own at 1440p.

In order to win, all you had to do was answer three questions about the prizes we are giving away today. We needed to know the rated boost clock for the RX 590 GPU, the name of Sapphire's overclocking software and how many 10GbE connections can be found on Sapphire's IPC-5P5V-10GE Mini-ITX system. Once all of that was sorted, we just needed you to email the answers in to us.

There were a ton of entries but through a random selection we can announce that our winner is… Paddy Brown! We have been in touch with Paddy today to begin organising shipping and will be sending off the prize soon.
