One of the biggest announcements to come out of E3 earlier this year was Cyberpunk 2077's release date. At the event itself, people had a chance to go and see a new gameplay demo, showing off new parts of the game not seen in last year's gameplay demo. The new gameplay footage has not been released publicly yet, but CD Projekt Red will be streaming it next Friday. In the meantime, we also have some new screenshots to look at.
On Friday the 30th of August, the same day that Cyberpunk 2077 will appear at PAX West, CD Projekt Red will be streaming a 15-minute edit of the gameplay footage shown at Gamescom this week, which also made an appearance at E3 earlier this year. Once the gameplay session wraps up, there will be a panel of developers talking about creating the game and giving some more insight into the creative process.
The stream will be taking place on CD Projekt Red's official Twitch and Mixer accounts at 7PM UK time. The stream will likely be uploaded to YouTube as well afterwards.
Cyberpunk 2077 isn't too far off from releasing at this point. Currently, the game is scheduled to launch on the 16th of April 2020 on PC, Xbox One and PS4.
KitGuru Says: Another look at Cyberpunk 2077 seems like a great way to kick off the weekend. Now we'll just have to wait and see what CD Projekt Red has up its sleeve, although if you attended Gamescom this week, then you may have already seen some of the gameplay.
