Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Stellaris, Blair Witch and more head to Game Pass

Xbox Game Pass has been available on the PC for a couple of months now and as promised, each month the library has seen an impressive expansion. Not only do we have exclusives like Age of Empires: Definitive Edition and Gears 5 coming soon, but August will also see a number of big third-party games joining the lineup.

During Inside Xbox at Gamescom this week, Microsoft announced that Age of Empires: Definitive Edition, Stellaris, Ape Out, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Bard's Tale IV, Blair Witch and Dead Cells will all be joining Game Pass on both PC and Xbox. Meanwhile, Xbox One owners will also get Devil May Cry 5 this month.

These games will be added to the library in batches all the way up to the 5th of September. Then on the 6th of September, we'll have Gears of War 5 launching, which is coming day-one to Game Pass on console and PC but will also release on Steam as part of Microsoft's renewed first-party efforts.

The idea now is that all Xbox Game Studio titles will come to the Windows Store, Steam, Xbox One and Game Pass on day-one, casting a wide net and essentially giving PC gamers what they've been asking for all along.

KitGuru Says: Kingdom Come: Deliverance alone would make Game Pass worth subscribing to this month, although if you don't plan on subscribing for long, it might make sense to wait a couple of weeks for Gears 5. Do many of you use Game Pass already? What do you think of the lineup of upcoming games?
