The SteelSeries Sensei returns with an all-new mouse featuring better tracking

With a return to their Sensei range, SteelSeries has launched a new ambidextrous mouse- the SteelSeries Sensei Ten, featuring an all-new sensor and buttons capable of a 60 million click lifespan and programmable RGB lighting of course.

SteelSeries has continued the popular Sensei range with the new Sensei Ten which features the iconic ambidextrous shape. An all-new TrueMove Pro sensor offers the best tracking on any surface with buttons guaranteed to offer crisp and consistent operation for 60 million clicks. Tilt tracking has been implemented into the new mouse to provide advanced stabilisation during intense gameplay.

SteelSeries claims their TrueMove Pro sensor is the best mouse sensor available, which is a pretty big claim. SteelSeries says they have significantly increased the number and quality of images that the sensor can capture. This means more consistency between hand movement and on-screen cursor adjustments.

The TrueMove sensor is said to take significantly more pictures per second. The digital signal processor inside the Sensei Ten is able to process every image sequentially to understand the tiny changes in every image being captured. The digital signal processor then converts the individual images into an input of where and how your mouse is moving.

The TrueMove Pro sensor features 18,000 CPI, 450 IPS and 50G acceleration and is optimised specifically to track better than other sensors on the market according to SteelSeries. With Tilt Tracking the TrueMove Pro sensor stays precise and consistent, even when lifting the mouse up and placing it back down on the surface, which eliminates tracking errors.

A comfortable ambidextrous design is complemented by SteelSeries Hyper Durable Build, which uses state of the art engineering to provide a high-grade polymer material that can withstand the most intensive wear and tear while maintaining a lightweight form factor. Its ambidextrous shape should offer comfortable long gaming sessions for users with all mouse grip types.

The SteelSeries Sensei Ten is available to purchase now from the SteelSeries store for £69.99
