Cherry introduces new Stream Keyboard for professional environments

Keyboard manufacturer Cherry has introduced a new product to their already extensive line-up. The Cherry Stream Keyboard is said to be the perfect workhorse for professional environments, combining ergonomic design with a  durable build.

The new Cherry Stream Keyboard offers extended functionality over the original, with a modern look and quieter key switches, making it ideal for everyday office use. The updated Stream Keyboard features Cherry’s SX scissor technology, which provides a comfortable typing feel.

Cherry says the Stream Keyboard is robust enough to withstand continuous stress for hours on end which can often be the case in a professional environment. A metal backplate ensure torsional rigidity, stability and a firm stand on the desk with eight rubber pads to prevent the keyboard from moving under heavy use, even with the feet folded out.

The Stream Keyboard also features a convincing ergonomic approach, with adjustable tilt and flat design to ensure fatigue-free operation while its elegant, low-profile and minimalistic look makes it an attractive keyboard for the modern desktop.

Cherry has integrated red LEDs directly into the CapsLock, NumLock and ScrollLock buttons to indicate their current status. The Cherry Stream Keyboard connects directly to the PC via USB. There are no drivers required to use the keyboard, as it's Plug&Play compatible.

The Cherry Stream Keyboard is available from October 2019 in pale grey and black, at a recommended retail price of £23.99 / €29.99.

KitGuru says: Looking for a new keyboard for your home office or living room? The new Cherry Stream Keyboard could be the one for you with its elegant looks and quiet operation.
