This year marks the 80th anniversary of Batman and it looks like Warner Bros is going all out to celebrate. Not only are the Batman Arkham and Batman Lego trilogies of games being given away on the Epic Games Store, but WB Games Montréal also appears to be teasing a new game.
In a tweet published over the weekend, WB Montréal teased fans with a short video showing the bat signal shining on an office building. From there, several symbols briefly flash on screen at various times- you can see the full clip below:

One of the symbols is a demon head, leading to speculation that we could be seeing Ra's Al Ghul and the League of Shadows once again. Another symbol resembles an owl, leading to further speculation that we may also see the Court of Owls.
If you are a fan of the Batman Arkham games, then you will already be familiar with Ra's Al Ghul and his clan. However, the Court of Owls would be new territory for the series. This group first debuted in comics back in 2011 and are a mysterious secret society that controls Gotham from the shadows and naturally, also wants to kill Batman.
There is a third symbol hidden in the video but so far, we aren't sure what that one could be teasing. Either way though, it looks like WB Montréal might be continuing the Arkham universe while Rocksteady explores new territory.
KitGuru Says: WB Montréal made Arkham Origins, which I personally loved. With that in mind, I am keen to see a new Batman game from them, even if it is a prequel to Rocksteady's trilogy. Seeing the Court of Owls in a game would also be very interesting and lends itself to Arkham's classic combination of investigation and combat. What do you all think of this? Would you like to see a new Batman Arkham game set before the end of Rocksteady's trilogy?
