Kingston announce revamp to Canvas Select Plus SD line

According to TechPowerUp, Kingston has announced it will be revamping its Canvas Select Plus line of SD and MicroSD storage, by replacing its current line of Canvas Select plus with new higher speeds and higher capacity models. According to Kingston, this makes them essential for smartphones and digital cameras.

Canvas Select Plus secure digital storage is designed to maximise user experience with lightning-fast data transfer rates and more reliable higher capacities. The new range of Canvas Select plus features both 256 GB and 512 GB capacities that move high-quality content faster, with its Class 10 UHS-I speeds of up to 100 MB/s, which is ideal for heavy workloads such as editing HD video content.

Kingston says the new Canvas Select plus microSD card is optimised for use with Android devices. Its A1 app performance class design is perfect for launching and loading apps at ultra-fast speeds. Enhanced A1 specification provides users with ample speed and storage for high-resolution photos and 4K video capture, along with graphics-intensive multimedia.

Kingston Canvas Select plus SD storage is backed by a lifetime warranty from Kingston who are well known for providing free technical support for their products.
