Sources claim that ReShade will be implemented into the GeForce Experience in new update

Every PC gamer enjoys playing around with mods from time to time. One of the most popular tools in recent years has been ReShade, allowing users to make custom filters to draw out extra detail in games and inject new graphical effects for extra visual improvement. Nvidia is apparently a fan of this tool too, with rumours suggesting that the GeForce driver will soon get support for ReShade and various filters.

This particular rumour comes from a couple of different places, including Videocardz and PCGamesHardware.de. Both sites claim that ReShade will be added to the GeForce Experience app with various graphics filters available as part of an update coinciding with the launch of the GTX 1660 Super.

We can't verify this information ourselves and there is no official confirmation from Nvidia on new GeForce driver features or a GTX 1660 Super yet, so take this information with a grain of salt. With that said, the leaks have been piling up recently and more often than not, there isn't smoke without fire.

If all of this proves to be true, we should know soon enough as rumours claim that Nvidia will be making official announcements next week.

KitGuru Says: ReShade is a great tool, so it would be nice to see some driver level support. We'll have to wait and see if this particular rumour holds up, but what do you all think of this move? Would you like to see ReShade implemented in the GeForce Experience app?
