Cooler Master introduce the MM711 lightweight mouse and more variants of the MM710

Hardcore PC gamers are being spoilt lately with gaming peripheral manufacturers producing high end, lightweight mice featuring pinpoint accurate sensors with adjustable DPI range settings, to give users an edge in competitive situations.

Cooler Master has announced a follow up to its current entry in the lightweight gaming mouse market. The MM711 is an RGB variant of its current MM710 mouse which weighs less than 60g. the MM711 uses the foundation of the MM710 with added RGB lighting to the scroll wheel and logo to enhance the aesthetics with a stylish understated look. RGB lighting in the MM711 can be controlled and customised with Cooler Master software to provide user personalisation.

“The MM711 is the ideal mouse for those who want premium, lightweight performance but with RGB capability,” says Bryant Nguyen, Peripheral General Manager. “It adds another layer of personality to a mouse that is already striking in appearance and functionality.”

In addition to the MM711 release, Cooler Master has added new variants of the MM710 which include varying distinct colour and texture styles. Matte black, glossy black, matte white and glossy white will be available on both the MM710 and MM711 mice.

The lightweight MM mouse range from Cooler Master feature Pixart 3389 optical sensors for greater control and precision in-game. Sensitivity can be adjusted up to 16000 DPI with all the mouse setting such as button response time, surface lift-off distance, polling rate and sensitivity fully adjusted through software to suit user preference. The MM710 and MM711 both provide an ambidextrous shape with a slight hump to add palm support for claw grip gamers.

The Cooler Master MM710 is available to purchase now from Amazon UK for £44.99 and the MM711 will be available on 29th November from exclusive locations including Best Buy, Amazon and Micro centre across North America along with a release in the UK priced at £54.99.
