AOC has launched its new Q27T1 monitor designed by Studio F. A. Porsche. Since it was announced earlier this year, design-conscious users have been anticipating the arrival of the Q27T1 which AOC describes as a true piece of art.
A unique design feature of the AOC Q27T1 is the asymmetric metal stand, which allows the distribution of force within the monitor to evenly distribute its weight for perfect balance. The design of the stand provides a sophisticated structural appearance and firmly holds the monitor in place and has a somewhat modern sculpture style look.
A three-sided frameless zero edge design hides the display frame from vision on the left and right-hand sides to produce a truly frameless concept. The lower bezel features a glossy shine with a matte finish curved back that highlights the clean aesthetic. The I/O ports on the AOC Q27T1 are hidden under a cover on the rear leaving a small opening for cables to pass through.
However, the AOC Q27T1 is not all about appearance. The monitor features a 27-inch IPS panel that delivers excellent colour reproduction with wide viewing angles. The Q27T1 QHD 2560×1440 resolution is combined with an anti-glare coating to provide sharp images. Additionally, the Q27T1 provides a wide colour gamut and covers 90% of the NTSC and 107% of the sRGB colour spaces.
AOC is proud to inform us that the Q27T1 provides a first-class peak brightness of 350 nits and is equipped with two HDMI inputs and a single DisplayPort connection to offer connectivity to a wide range of devices.
The AOC Q27T1 27” IPS monitor will be available in November with a retail price of £279. More information and technical specification can be found on the official AOC product pages.

KitGuru says: I must admit the Studio F. A. Porsche designed AOC A27T1 does look very beautiful indeed. The monitor will fit in perfectly in modern office situations and would not look out of place in any home PC setup I'm sure.
