Wolfenstein: Youngblood is back in the headlines this week as the developers have released a new major update, adding new parts of the map and new missions for players to tackle. It is the game's biggest post-launch update yet, although unfortunately previously announced RTX features are still missing in action.
With patch 1.0.7, Wolfenstein: Youngblood players will get two new areas added to the Paris map, the first being a Parisian reservoir and the second being a secret Nazi bunker. You'll be making your way through these new locations in service of a new endgame quest called ‘Da'at Yichud Artifacts', once that is completed, you'll have a bunch of other treasure hunts to go on to gain XP, ability points etc.

You will want some new ability points too, as the update adds 11 new ones, including one that makes it easier to find hidden treasures.
Unfortunately, patch 1.0.7 will not include the long-awaited RTX graphics option. While Wolfenstein: Youngblood was packed in with RTX GPUs earlier this year, getting ray-tracing up and running in-game is taking longer than expected, which is a similar situation to Shadow of the Tomb Raider, which also didn't get its RTX features until several months after launch.

KitGuru Says: I haven't put much time into Youngblood yet but it is good to see that the developers are still adding free content updates. Did many of you end up picking this one up earlier in the year? Will you be hopping back in to check out the new content update?
