Thermalright aims to impress with its white Peerless Assassin 140 dual-tower cooler

Following the Peerless Assassin 140 announcement at Computex 2024, Thermalright has published the product page of its upcoming dual-tower CPU cooler and shared more details about it.

Thermalright's latest offering, the PeerlessAssassin 140 CPU White cooler, introduces a clever design that prioritizes RAM compatibility without compromising performance. Although it's named Peerless Assassin 140, it features a 120mm fan at the front and a 140mm between the fin stacks. That choice ensures that the cooler stands at just 158mm in height, ensuring seamless compatibility with RAM modules in the first slot.

The cooler boasts a sleek white aesthetic reminiscent of the Peerless Assassin 120 and is equipped with six 6mm heat pipes and a pre-installed raw crossbar. The fan configuration includes a TL-C12 V2 at the front, operating at a maximum of 1500 RPM and providing an airflow of 66.17 CFM with a static pressure of 1.53 mmAq. At the centre, the TL-D14C fan rotates at the same rate, delivering a flow of 77.8 CFM and a pressure of 2.09 mmAq while maintaining a rated noise level of 25.6 dB(A).

The Peerless Assassin 140 is compatible with various sockets, including AMD AM4 and AM5, Intel LGA 115x/1200/1700/2011/2066, and even the upcoming LGA 185x. Only the white model is currently listed, but other colours and finishes should also be available soon.
