Call of Duty: Warzone hits 15 million players after three days

After initially hitting 6 million players in its first 24 hours, Call of Duty: Warzone has now reached 15 million players after its first 72 hours. When compared to other battle royale games, Warzone has more players than the likes of Fortnite BR and Apex Legends had after their first 72 hours.

After its first 24 hours, Call of Duty: Warzone hit 6 million players, but it seems that was just the beginning. With 15 million players after three days, Warzone already has more players than Fortnite BR had after 2 weeks of being available to download, while Apex Legends had 5 million fewer players after its first 72 hours, according to data shared by Daniel Ahmad.

This new milestone was announced by Activision through the official Call of Duty Twitter account, thanking its players for reaching the 15 million mark. It will be interesting to see how the game's developers introduce new ideas and content over the coming months.

If you want to join in the fun, the game is completely free and is available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One – to find out more, click HERE.
