Computex 2024: Thermaltake unveils new Tower 600 and Tower 250

We'll be stopping by Thermaltake's booth at Computex for a full video later this week. In the meantime though, we have a preview of two new cases launching here at the show this week, the new Tower 600 and its mini sibling, the Tower 250.

The Tower 600 is a unique looking mid-tower chassis with an inverted motherboard layout and vertical GPU mounting. The large window at the front gives a view of all the hardware inside, and it is specially designed to support ‘Zero cable' motherboards like the ROG Maximus Z790 BTF, or the MSI Z790 Project Zero. These motherboards move the cable connectors to the back of the board, so you don't have to route them around the front of the case, making for a very clean look once everything is in the case.

The Tower 250 offers a similar layout and feature-set, but in a smaller Mini-ITX package for those looking to build a small, movable powerhouse. The case comes with two pre-installed CT120 fans and it can support up to eight fans total, including a 360mm AIO radiator, so cooling shouldn't be an issue.

These new members of The Tower series rretain the vertical body design and octagonal contour of its predecessors. They can also be upgraded with an LCD Screen Kit, so you can quickly monitor system stats, or display custom images or animations to make your rig stand out.

Both cases were unveiled early at a pre-Computex event at the Thermaltake Bike Shop in Taipei. Both cases will be available in Black, Snow, Matcha Green and Hydrangea Blue editions. Leo will be taking a closer look at these at Thermaltake's Computex booth, so stay tuned for our video coverage.
