At this point, we are all well aware that The Last of Us Part II is not coming out in May, as Sony has issued an indefinite delay due to the coronavirus pandemic. Now due to this, Sony is doing something that is quite rare for the company- it is offering refunds on all digital pre-orders for the game.
With no new release date announced, Sony has also taken down listings for both The Last of Us Part II and Iron Man VR, meaning you can't pre-order them digitally at this time. Anyone who did pre-order will be getting a refund as long as you purchased through PSN. Sony has no control over refunds from third-party retailers.
You don't have to do anything to obtain this refund, it will just come through automatically, so keep an eye on your emails. This applies to both The Last of Us Part II and Iron Man VR.
Interestingly, The Last of Us Part II is seemingly on track for its original release date, with developers just fixing up the final bugs over the next couple of months. Once the coronavirus situation begins to clear up and businesses can return to normal operation, we will likely see a new release date announced pretty swiftly.

KitGuru Says: At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if The Last of Us Part II was held for a late 2020 release window to coincide with the PS5. Although console launches could also be delayed. Did any of you happen to pre-order either of these games? Has Sony already emailed you about a refund?
