Death Stranding for PC has been delayed

Recently, companies in Japan began temporarily closing down to slow the spread of COVID-19. Unsurprisingly, this has had an impact on game production and as a result, delays are starting to be announced. One of the first is Death Stranding for PC, which has been pushed back by a few weeks.

Kojima Productions announced the change in release date on Twitter earlier today:

Originally, Death Stranding was due to come to PC on June 2nd. It will be the first game to land on PC utilising the Decima Engine from Guerrilla Games. A second PS4 exclusive, Horizon Zero Dawn, is also due to release on PC this summer.

KitGuru Says: It is unfortunate, but we'll be seeing plenty of game delays this year due to the impact of COVID-19. Hopefully everyone stays safe during this time and things can get back on track later down the road.
