SteelSeries unveils new Neon Rider themed peripherals

SteelSeries is known for releasing ‘themed' peripherals, with the company previously teaming up with the likes of PUBG, Call of Duty and even The Sims. Now, SteelSeries has released a new set of peripherals based on the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Neon Rider skin, made in partnership with Red Moon workshop.

There are three themed SteelSeries Neon Rider products: the QcK L Neon Rider Edition and the QcK Prism XL Neon Rider Edition mousepads, and the Sensei Ten Neon Rider Edition mouse.

Measuring 450x400x2mm (LxWxH), the QcK L Neon Rider Edition features a unique Neon Rider theme. Made from SteelSeries' “exclusive QcK micro-woven cloth”, the company claims this mousepad allows you to have maximum control over your mouse, regardless of whether you use low or high CPI (counts per inch) settings.

The QcK Prism XL Neon Rider Edition is substantially larger, measuring 900x300x4mm (LxWxH), and it features two-zone RGB lighting. The RGB lighting can be synchronised with other SteelSeries devices and can even work with certain games – including CS:GO – to display in-game notifications and alerts via the RGB LEDs. The QcK Prism XL Neon Rider Edition will be available in limited quantities and each mousepad will be individually numbered.

The SteelSeries Sensei has been a part of the Counter-Strike history because of its “iconic shape and performance”. The new Sensei Ten Neon Rider Edition brings that same shape and performance in a limited edition mouse, but with new aesthetics. Just like the QcK Prism XL Neon Rider Edition, it will have its own unique numbered ID.

Featuring the TrueMove Pro, SteelSeries' flagship sensor designed in partnership with PixArt, this mouse has true 1-to-1 tracking, up to 18,000 CPI support and 450 inches per second (IPS) tracking speed. Additionally, SteelSeries claims this sensor's advanced tilt tracking helps to stabilise the mouse's tracking during sudden movements, like quick flicks.

The Neon Rider peripherals will be available on May 12th. The QcK L Neon Rider Edition will be priced at £19.99/€24.99, the QcK Prism XL Neon Rider Edition will cost £69.99/€69.99, and the Sensei Ten Neon Rider Edition will set you back £79.99/€89.99.
