Cooler Master announces the Hyper 212 ARGB Turbo CPU cooler

Cooler Master is about to launch a new edition of the legendary Hyper 212 cooler. The new dual-fan Hyper 212 ARGB Turbo is similar to the Hyper 212 LED Turbo, with the main difference being the addition of addressable RGB fans.

Featuring 2x Sickleflow 120mm ARGB fans with support for 16.7 million colours, the fans' RGB lighting can be synchronised using your motherboard's RGB software, with support for Asus Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync and ASRock Polychrome Sync. Additionally, an ARGB controller comes included, just in case your motherboard doesn't support ARGB.

The fans spin between 650-1,800RPM (±10%), generating up to 61CFM of air volume and up to 27dBA of noise. The fans' rated MTBF is 160000 hours and connect to the motherboard through a 4-pin (PWM) connector. Using direct touch technology, the 4 asymmetrical heat pipes transfer the heat from the plate to the aluminium heatsink, which is then cooled by the two fans.

Measuring 120x109x15mm, Cooler Master claims the Hyper 212 ARGB Turbo can be easily mounted to your CPU because of its simple installation process. Socket compatibility includes Intel's LGA 2066/2011(v3)/1366/1156/1155/1151/1150/775 and AMD's AM4/AM3+/AM2(+)/FM2(+)/FM1.
