There has been plenty of discussion around the hardware inside of the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 but we haven’t really had a chance to see what the games will look like. That will be changing starting next week, as Microsoft is going to be showing off the first Xbox Series X games.
The announcement was made in a tweet last night, where the Xbox account teases a “first look” at next-gen gameplay on Xbox Series X:
You want to see games for the Xbox Series X? We want to show you games for the Xbox Series X.

In a separate tweet, Xbox executive, Aaron Greenberg, puts some expectations in check, saying he is “pumped to see our partners” showing off the Xbox Series X. This may indicate that any games shown will be third-party, like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
He also says that “Xbox Game Studios teams are hard at work on some big summer plans”, so it could be a while longer before we see Halo: Infinite, or unannounced games like the next Forza or rumoured Fable reboot.

KitGuru Says: I was already very impressed by what the Xbox One X could do, so it will be interesting to see how much extra the Series X can bring to the table with more modern hardware.
