Keychron’s new Lemokey G1 wireless mouse reduces latency to just 0.125ms

Keychron's gaming subsidiary, Lemokey, has unveiled the G1 wireless optical mouse aimed at gamers and creative professionals. Featuring an 8K Hz polling rate and a mere 0.125ms latency, the G1 promises to deliver an exceptional user experience.

The Lemokey G1 uses a lightweight 55g frame. This frame is complemented by the PixArt 3950 sensor, which has up to 30,000 DPI sensitivity and 50g acceleration. Alternatively, you can save some money and go for a G1 mouse with the Pixart 3395 sensor, which has up to 26,000 DPI sensitivity and the same 50g acceleration. The latter, however, doesn't work on glass. Regardless of the sensor, both variants use Huano Micro switches with 80M click durability.

Furthermore, its tri-mode connection, comprising 2.4G wireless, Bluetooth 5.1, and wired options, allows for seamless device and configuration switching. Regarding battery life, the G1 can run for up to 40 hours with an 8000Hz polling rate, increasing up to 140 hours at a 1000Hz polling rate on Bluetooth. Additionally, the device supports the Lemokey Launcher software, allowing users to customise key remapping, create shortcuts, configure macros, and adjust lift-off distance, polling rate, and DPI.

Both models come bundled with a detachable USB-C to USB-C cable and a USB-A to USB-C adapter. The G1 mouse with PixArt 3950 sensors, available in black and white, costs $69, while the PixArt 3395 models cost $64.
