Thermaltake began showing off its new TOUGHRAM DDR4 modules at Computex last year, with enhanced RGB lighting features, a 10-layer PCB and pre-binned memory ICs to ensure performance. Over the course of 2019, speeds for these kits were pushed from 3600MHz all the way up to 4400MHz and now in 2020, 4600MHz TOUGHRAM is coming.
Each of these new high-speed kits uses a 10-layer PCB, 2oz copper inner layers and 10μ gold fingers for enhanced durability, electrical conduction and wear resistance. Tightly screened SK-Hynix D-die memory chips are being used in the 4600MHz kits too, all tested to ensure optimal frequency and response time.
Of course, RGB lighting plays a bit role similarly to most Thermaltake products. These memory modules are part of the TT RGB PLUS ecosystem, which has compatibility with ASUS Aura, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, MSI Mystic Light, ASRock PolyChrome and even Razer Chroma devices. Beyond that though, you can also use Thermaltake's new NeonMaker lighting software to customise things to your liking.
You can find the Thermaltake TOUGHRAM DDR4 4600MHz 16GB kit in black, HERE and you can also find it in white, HERE.
