SilverStone’s new CS330 M-ATX case features a 180mm front fan

SilverStone has announced the CS330, a new micro-ATX case aimed at video editors, those with home servers and small business owners. Featuring up to nine drive bays, the CS330 supports a ton of storage space for your professional needs.

Out of the nine drive bays, one is for 2.5-inch drives and eight are for 3.5-inch drives. Three of the 3.5-inch drive bays use a hot-swappable, tray-less and screw-less design mounted in the front panel, letting you easily access and replace both SAS and SATA hard drives, with speeds of up to 12Gbps. There are 7x internal 3.5-inch drive bays, one internal 2.5-inch drive bay and one external 3.5-inch drive bay. If you're using the 2.5-inch drive bay, you won't be able to use the 3.5-inch external drive bay, and vice-versa.

The motherboard tray and the top panel are removable, allowing you to easily access the interior of the system if you wish to upgrade, add or remove components. The case comes with a 180mm Air Penetrator fan on the front, with rated noise levels between 18dB and 34dB, and a rotation speed of 700/1200RPM, depending on the set speed (low/high). The rear supports a 120mm fan that can be mounted for “excellent front-to-back directional system cooling”. Dust filters are included in the front and top of the case.

The CS330 supports M-ATX, Mini-ITX, and Mini-DTX motherboards. The maximum CPU cooler height is 165mm, PSUs can be up to 160mm long, and GPUs can be as long as 336mm. Additionally, this case has an integrated CPU cooler support that is used to distribute the weight of the heatsink to prevent any damage to the motherboard's CPU socket and PCB.

The front I/O panel features CS330 has 2x USB 3.0 Type-A ports, a 3.5mm audio-in jack, and a 3.5mm audio-out jack. There's also a button that sets the fan speed to low or high.

Pricing and availability details about the SilverStone CS330 have not yet been shared. You can learn more about the CS330 case HERE.
