XIII remake is launching on November 10, Limited Edition detailed

The release date for the remake of XIII has been set for November 10. Amazon Spain initially leaked the release date that was later confirmed as an official gameplay trailer launched on YouTube. The remake will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, PC, and Mac, and a physical limited edition will also be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch.

XIII is a first-person shooter that was originally released back in 2003. Inspired by the comic book of the same name, in XIII you play as a man without an identity, known only as “XIII”. According to Gematsu, the game also features a multiplayer mode that allows you to take on other players in epic confrontations, with a reinvented cel-shade design that you can see in the video below.

The remake of XIII is being published by Microids and developed by PlayMagic. The original game received decent reviews by the press, with a 72-73 Metascore. The user score, however, ranges from 7.7 to 8.6, depending on the platform.

As per the Amazon listing, the limited edition will include a copy of the game in a metal case, three art cards, an in-game skin pack, and a couple more skins as a pre-order bonus. You can also watch the new gameplay trailer that introduces you to the theme and the story of XIII.
