Today we are looking at a super budget-friendly item from Razer, the Cynosa Lite keyboard. Razer is not usually known for making peripherals aimed towards the lower-end of the market, so this will be an interesting review as we look into what the Cynosa Lite has to offer.

Pros

• Price is very competitive.
• Good weight to it.
• Quiet.
• Software is really useful and something you may not find on other lower-end keyboards.
• RGB logo is really bright.
• 1000Hz polling rate and 10 key roll over.
• Great range of shortcuts for such a low priced keyboard.

Cons

• Grease-prone material especially on the keys.
• Membrane keys aren't as satisfying as mechanical.
• A few rough edges on the back and sides of keyboard.
• Bulky design and framing around the keyboard.
• RGB LEDs are very dull and don’t even light up the key fully.
• Rubber cable kinks easily and isn’t great to look at.

KitGuru says: It's certainly not a perfect keyboard, but as an entry-level offering into the Razer ecosystem, we feel the Cynosa Lite has its place if you don't want to spend more than £50 on a gaming keyboard.
