ASUS ROG claims gaming laptop market share crown

We've previously seen ASUS take the gaming monitor market by storm and lately, the company has also been seeing a boom in the gaming laptop market. April was a particularly huge month, with ASUS and ROG gaming laptops increasing to 22.6 percent global market share.

ASUS and ROG gaming laptops represented nearly a quarter of the company's laptop sales in April 2020, with high-end ROG models with RTX graphics becoming best sellers. ROG gaming laptops in particular are the most popular in the world so far in 2020.

This growth can be attributed to several brand new ROG gaming laptop models, including the Zephyrus Duo 15 with its innovative secondary touchscreen display, the Zephyrus S17 with its 300Hz display, the Zephyrus S15 with its ultra-thin 18.9mm chassis and the Zephyrus M15 featuring high refresh rate display options as well as up to RTX 2070 graphics.

In the ROG Strix realm, there are two new laptops for 2020, the ROG Strix Scar G15 and G17. Both come powered by 10th Gen Intel Core i7 CPUs and can house up to RTX 2070 SUPER graphics.
