iiyama’s latest G-Master monitor combines 144Hz ultra-wide gaming and sleek design

iiyama has a new wallet-friendly ultra-wide gaming monitor hitting the market soon. The newly announced G-Master GB3466WQSU Red Eagle curved gaming monitor features a sleeker design, which might interest those that prefer a more simple and clean setup, but still want the gaming features that this type of monitor brings.

The G-Master GB3466WQSU Red Eagle monitor features an 8-bit VA panel offering an “excellent contrast ratio” of 3000:1, 1ms of response time (MPRT), and a typical brightness of 400nits. The 1500R curvature and wide viewing angles of the screen provide an enhanced viewing experience, allowing the users to immerse themselves in the content they are viewing. The UltraWide QHD resolution, and the 144Hz refresh rate further improves your viewing experience with smooth and crisp visuals.

Compatible with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and HDR400, the G-Master GB3466WQSU Red Eagle can handle “HDR content with meticulous colour and luminance”, while offering low input lag and no tearing through its adaptive sync technology. This monitor also features Flicker-free and blue light reducer technologies to reduce the user's eye strain, Black Tuner to adjust the brightness in darker areas, and multiple predefined game modes to choose from.

Available display connectors include 2x HDMI ports (3440×1440@100Hz), 2x DisplayPorts (3440×1440@144Hz), a 3.5mm headphone connector, and a USB hub with 2x USB 3.0 ports. You can adjust the monitor height by 110mm, and tilt (-5º to 20º) or use the 100×100 VESA mount to add a bracket to adjust it your way. There's also a pair of 3W speakers and a joystick controller to move in the monitor's OSD.

The iiyama G-Master GB3466WQSU Red Eagle will soon be available to pre-order for £429.99.
