Crysis Remastered is still coming to Nintendo Switch this month

Last week, it was announced that Crysis Remastered would be delayed, in large part due to fan reaction from gameplay trailer leaks. Now, the developers will spend some extra time polishing up the PC, Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game, which will now be released at a later date. This does not apply to the Nintendo Switch version, which is still coming out this month.

Due to the Nintendo Switch's portable nature, there are naturally lower graphical expectations for Crysis on the console. In fact, while PC players were disappointed by the leaks, Nintendo Switch fans had the opposite experience, being surprised by how good the game looks on Switch.

As you can see in the tweet above, Crytek has now clarified that the Nintendo Switch version of Crysis Remastered is still coming out on the 23rd of July. This was touched on during the initial delay statement, as Crytek said that pre-orders for the game would remain live on Nintendo's platform.
