Montech, a gaming brand from Telon, has recently upgraded its Gamma series of PC power supplies. The new Gamma II Gold series, as the name suggests, comes with 80 Plus Gold efficiency certification, as well as Japanese capacitors.
Montech is a gaming brand from Telon – a company that has been active in the PC industry for over 30 years. Montech recently released an upgraded version of its Gamma series PSUs, which first hit the market in 2018. The Gamma II series features “LLC+DC-DC design, main Japanese capacitor, flat cables and up to 90% overall efficiency”.
The Gamma II Gold comes with a variety of connectors – more specifically: one M/B 20+4 Pin, two CPU 4+4 Pin, two PCIE 6+2 Pin, eight SATA, three Molex 4Pin, and one FDD. The PSU has the dimensions 140x150x86mm (LxWxH) and an MTBF of over 100,000 hours.
The Gamma II Gold has an efficiency that “typically” reaches 90% and the PSU comes with a 120mm that has “strong airflow with low noise, which makes low temperatures and quiet operation”. Additional information can be found HERE.
