Antec launch the DF600 FLUX airflow case

Antec has announced the addition of a new PC case to the company’s FLUX series this week, the brand new Antec DF600 FLUX is equipped with “advanced ventilation” which Antec claims to take the FLUX series thermal performance to the next level.

The company says it has developed a revolutionary structure for airflow with the DF600 FLUX case to provide improved airflow and thermal performance for new 10th Gen Intel Core processors and AMD Ryzen CPUs named the F-LUX platform.

According to Antec, F-LUX stands for “FLOW LUXURY” which features an advanced case structure and excellent airflow with five pre-installed 120mm fans primarily designed to improve GPU core temperature. Additional ventilation pulls cool air into the system via an intake situated at the lower right-hand side of the case, through the power supply shroud and into the main chamber of the case where components are installed.

Pre-installed to the case are three 120mm ARGB fans behind the front fascia, one 120mm exhaust fan in the rear panel of the chassis as well as a 120mm reverse fan on top of the PSU shroud pulling cool air into the system through the right-hand side panel vent, in an effort to improve the thermal performance of the GPU. In total, there is space inside the case for up to nine 120mm fans.

In terms of liquid cooling support, at the front of the chassis is space for up to a 360mm radiator or AIO and a 120mm radiator can be positioned at the rear of the case in place of the 120mm exhaust fan. All LEDs can be controlled via a built-in addressable controller, supporting up to six ARGB fans. The DF600 also offers support for the installation of up to three 3.5-inch HDDs and 2.5-inch SSDs, maximum GPU length is 405mm and power supplies up to 205mm long can be installed inside the PSU shroud.

The DF600 FLUX is backed by Antec's 2-Year Warranty and is expected to hit U.S stores soon, priced at $69.99 and is available to pre-order in the UK now for around £70.
