Horizon Zero Dawn is the second game coming to PC powered by the Decima Engine. We already had the chance to look at how Death Stranding runs on PC, providing promising performance results. Based on the system requirements for Horizon Zero Dawn, this should also be quite the showcase.
Here are the minimum system requirements:
- OS: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K or AMD FX 6300
- Memory: 8GB RAM
- Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 or AMD Radeon R9 290
Here are the recommended system requirements:
- OS: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor: Intel Core i7-4770K or Ryzen 5 1500X
- Memory: 16GB RAM
- Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 580
The game will utilise the DirectX 12 API and require 100GB of disc space, which is hefty, but do remember that this includes the base game and its expansion, which adds a ton of extra quests for Aloy's adventure.
