Pros

  • Headset bag is a nice inclusion.
  • Looks great and good attention to detail.
  • Textures feel great and it’s a comfortable headset both on the cups and the headband.
  • Great for music.
  • The mic is really clear.
  • Good gaming profiles.
  • Well insulated cups.
  • Memory foam ear cups and headband.
  • Equalizers and sound options are extensive.
  • Multi-platform compatibility.

Cons

  • Out of the box tuning could be crisper, but this can be easily tweaked via software.
  • The headband slider adjustment felt a little stiff at times.

KitGuru says: We really struggled to find much wrong with the BlackShark V2 and we would happily say it is one of the best headsets we have reviewed so far. There simply isn’t much more you could ask from a wired headset.
