MSI announces the MPG Sekira 100 series gaming PC cases

This week, MSI continues to expand its portfolio of PC cases. The latest addition to the lineup is the MPG Sekira 100 Series, featuring a minimalistic and elegant design. The MPG Sekira 100 series consists of the MPG Sekira 100R and the MPG Sekira 100P.

The MPG Sekira 100R uses a “two-tone design”, featuring a front panel which has the top half in aluminium and the bottom half in tempered glass. The MPG Sekira 100P features a “monochromatic design” with a front panel only made of sheets of aluminium. The Sekira 100R comes with 3x ARGB 120mm fans, 1x ARGB 120mm at the rear, and an ARGB LED control hub to customise the fans lighting effects, while the 100P comes with 3x standard 120mm fans at the front and 1x 120mm fan at the rear.

Both cases have a tempered glass side panel and use a top sliding vent that increases airflow and allows easy access to the dust filter on top of the case. Besides this dust filter, there's also one on the front and another one on the bottom. The front I/O panel of both cases has 2x USB-A 3.2 Gen1 ports, 1x USB-C 3.2 Gen2 port, 1x audio-in jack, 1x audio-out jack, and the power and reset buttons. The Sekira 100R comes with an additional Insta-Light loop button to cycle through the RGB profiles.

The Sekira 100 series cases support 2x 2.5-inch drives and another 2x 2.5/3.5-inch drives in the removable HDD tray. You can mount Mini-ITX, mATX, ATX, and E-ATX motherboards, 170mm tall CPU coolers, 340mm long GPU, and up to 250mm long PSUs if you remove the HDD tray removed.

You can install up to 6x 120mm fans or 4x 140mm fans and 1x 120mm fan in these cases. You can mount 3x 120mm fans or 2x 140mm fans on the front, 2x 140/120mm fans on the top, and 1x 120mm fan on the rear. Radiator support includes a 280/360mm radiator on the front, a 240mm radiator on the top, and a 120mm radiator at the rear.
